"Heather's endless enthusiasm and creativity gave my daughter Flora the best start playing her cello. Heather always found imaginative ways to engage her young mind with music in a fun way, while never letting the quality of the sound produced drop." -Mark, father of Flora
"My daughter started cello lessons at five years of age after we regularly attended Groovy Tots with Heather. Rosa responded incredibly well to Heather's gentle and patient manner. Heather was fantastic at making lessons fun and enjoyable; every weekend Rosa looked forward to class. Through her mentoring, Rosa grew to really love the cello and still speaks fondly of her 'groovy tots' days. Heather is an excellent teacher and we will always be grateful for her inspiring work starting us on our own musical journey." -Jo, mother of Rosa
"Heather manages to breakeach technique down into little fun and accessible songs or games which lesson by lesson evolve into the building blocks of playing the cello. She has a friendly, warm and playful manner." -Saffron, mother of Iris
"My son, 6 years old, quickly developed a rapport with Heather, and the lessons were great in building not just the start of playing the cello but also about building a working relationship and communication with an adult. Heather is a charismatic teacher and Daniel enjoyed his lessons with her." -Katie, mother of Daniel
